they call and say i won something i never gave them my name

called and hung up when I asked question

A non english speaking Indian person keeps calling me stating that he is with"ACS" and it is in regards to a pay day loan debt (which i have NEVER gotten) and that I need to call him back immdeiately to avoid being arrested for some kind of fraud. it was hard to understand him and I asked for his supervisior and verification of the "debt" and he could not provide either thing i asked for. Told him i reported him to the local police department, the FBI and the BBB and then he starts yelling and cussing talking about I would be arrested at my work, to which I responded good because I never got a payday loan from ANYONE and this is not a legimate debt collection agency. THis is the 3rd different number they call from and now they are calling my job!!! They got my info from the internet because I applied for a loan that I never got.

Got this call in my cell phone in toronto Canada and when I tried to check who called I got a response saying emergency numbers only.

Robocaller plays message about government grants for businesses. Automatically redials if I hang up.

Called my cell phone and said they would send a uniformed officer and a process server to my work or place of residence if not called back withing 3 hours.

Barely understandable. Asked him why he was using my cell phone minutes, he immediately hung up.

These people just called me at work and said they had a summons for me, and I had 2 hours to call back at David Right (sp?) at Kline (sp?) & Associates or I will get a failure to appear. Is this real? Has anyone had any results from calling or not calling in 2 hours? I don't want to be issued a warrant, but I don't want to be scammed either!
